Local Development Agency and Employment has launched today the Initial Professional Qualification Program (IPPP) in the form Workshop Professional and Ancillary Operations Specialty Masonry-Pintor, with the participation of 15 students in the Occupational Training Center quarries.
This program is aimed at young people between sixteen and twenty years that have not obtained the Certificate in Secondary Education, with the goal of achieving professional competences of qualifications at level one of the current structure of the National Catalog qualifications, thus opening the possibility of a successful labor integration and expand its core competencies to continue their studies in different courses.
The Initial Vocational Training Program is taught in the ADLE Center Quarry has a duration of one academic year.
During this time students receive basic training in the specialty specific, Painting Contractors, career guidance, mentoring and training in workplaces.
The agency also assumes the displacement of students to the training center.
The demand for the Agency of Local Development and Employment has received this type of program for the 2010-2011 school year has increased substantially over previous years, recording more than 80 applications.
