Councilman Employment area of the City of Cartagena, Javier Herrero Padrón, and the representative of the company Limcamar.SL, cleaning awarded the Hospital Santa Lucia, Pedro Cánovas Martínez, have signed a collaboration agreement with the objective of combine efforts for training and employability of the citizens of Cartagena.
Thereunder, the City of Cartagena, through the Local Development Agency and Employment (ALDE) is committed to develop specific training programs to meet the staffing positions in professions that are claimed by this company, led citizens of Cartagena and its region.
Is currently conducting the training course in occupational Clean Hospital COPE: a course that is being done in four editions of 25 students each.
The students were shortlisted by Lincamar in June among 250 users in different job markets of the City of Cartagena.
This course aims to train workers to achieve greater efficiency in cleaning and saving time, and a reduction of accidents and absenteeism and greater motivation of these workers.
During the training, students have received the equipment, tools, consumables and training needed to develop it.
This training lasts for 100 hours, of which 80 include practical training in the premises of the hospital of St. Lucia.
Limcamar The company is committed to the recruitment of 60-70 percent of students who successfully complete all training modules.
