UPyD Cartagena, denouncing the absurdity and lack of planning of the City of Cartagena with respect to access to the health of Barrio de la Concepción.
The center has been operating for over a year and still lack adequate access for the elderly, disabled, pregnant and much more.
Users, they deserve to go to this consultation and lack the mobility to get around a "road" saturated with traffic, no sidewalks, dusty in summer and in winter a real quagmire.
More like a Third World country, that of a European city.
From UPyD urgently request the provisional opening of the footbridge that crosses the ravine of Benipila, to serve users of the medical center, while completion of the refurbishment of the street Dr. Luis Calandre.
