Local police officers arrested in Cartagena last Friday evening to José Luis RH, for an alleged crime of burglary electrical wiring of an industrial warehouse belonging Construoltra SL gives the company, located on the road linking the Neighborhood Marfagones Molinos California.
Apparently, the detainee, along with a minor, was caught by police at the doors of the shed where they were stealing and stopping them, took flight to the neighboring farm, where he was intercepted and reduced using physical force, given the resistance it offered.

The man, who was arrested and taken into custody, was required by the Criminal Court No. 2 of Cartagena.
He was found a couple of work gloves and tongs with insulated handles.
