The Association of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE) and groups of Communist Youth (UJCE) in the District of Cartagena, and protest against the numerous cases of companies in the county who are blackmailing workers in the strike they think of next September 29th, direct threats of dismissal, to remove disproportionate amounts of wages for one day to strike and in some cases requiring a change for this day for a holiday at Christmas.
For communists Cartagena which the employer is so committed to the success of the strike not is undoubtedly good standing so they come out with this "labor reform", which encourages and supports the layoffs, temporalizes and conditions even more precarious seriously weakens labor and trade union rights of workers, among other issues.
"The same employer who preaches the right to work the 29-S is the one who protects and defends the real violence in the days of strike, of those who impede the legitimate right to strike by workers that keep them there freedom of association in many companies, "says Miguel Vidal, Regional Secretary of the PCE.
Cartagena Communists believe that the day goes on 29 September must be the first step to stop the action "antisocial" Zapatero government, and who has to serve as a starting point to build up a social and popular response to that the consequences of capitalist crisis continue paying the workers.
