The Labor Project Phase V, organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, which ended today with the presentation of diplomas by the councilman of Youth and Employment, Ruth Collins, 30 students have participated in courses lifeguards monitor and nautical sports, health Celador and basic life support and emergency medical transport, which have included specific training in these areas and job training, lasting three months.
The fifth phase began in June 2010 and was completed on 3 September this year.
Job seekers benefit from the same, young people under 30 with low qualifications, women, immigrants and long-term unemployed, have been awarded grants to 6 euros until the end of the course.
In terms of knowledge, students have developed different pathways to labor and social inclusion: towards individualized tutoring with the student to design a training schedule and work to enable their integration into employment, training activities, with a total of 100 hours for each one of the courses and additional training in areas such as IT, Risk prevention, environment and actively seeking employment.
To all this must be added the non-work internships of 80 hours in business related to the sectors of the courses for which they have been selected, who have previously signed an agreement with the ADLE educational collaboration.
Thus, for the course Health Celador has enjoyed the cooperation of: Perpetual Help Hospital, University Hospital Santa María del Rosell and Basic Defense General Hospital.
As for the current basic life support and emergency medical transport, has enjoyed the cooperation of Costa Calida SL Ambulances And during Lifeguard Aquatic Sports Boat Monitor, has enjoyed the cooperation of: K 38 Spain and Cenic Service.

WORK The project included five phases of 5 months the first four and last three months, and funded by the European Social Fund, was designed by the ADLE with the aim of promoting training and employment in areas such as Children, Youth, Elderly and Services sector, and to offer job seekers and internship training.
The aim has been directed to the registered unemployed in labor offices to obtain a professional qualification, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to specialize in various trades.
In this sense, practices have reflected the knowledge that students have acquired during the three months of training, in terms of both personal and professional skills associated with each of the profiles.
Note that all involved in this project, both companies receiving pupils, students and technicians beneficiaries ADLE have very much appreciated the 80 hours of professional practice and which have led to a boost in the employment of students.
Is the case with lifeguards during nautical sports and monitor, which has achieved high rates of job placement in the various companies involved in the water sector, swimming pools, hotels, service companies, schools, sports, etc. It is estimated that 80 % of students in this course will be hired during this season.
Celador course also with appreciation Health care accreditation by the Ministry of Health, provides an insertion at a rate similar to previous work by the current stock of this organism and the various private companies that demand this profile.
