Local police officers arrested in Cartagena in the early hours of Thursday, September 16, two individuals 30 and 45 years old, as suspects in the theft of a wallet to a child under 14 years of age, when located on the Avenue of the Americas.
The incident took place about 0:30, when officers patrolled the area and saw the child involved chasing and they threw an object under a car.
After stopping and identifying those involved, the child explained that while he was sitting on a bench was approached by two individuals and one of them stole the portfolio as an oversight.
Seeing that it is happening on the other and fled, pursued them up to reach him.
The wallet was recovered from under the vehicle and delivered the child.
