In relation to the press release disclosed on the award of Point of Care for Children of Aparecida to Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Company Ltd., the City states:

- To this day the city of Cartagena has brought to the management of five recruitment centers Child Care in La Aljorra, The Albujón, Pozo Estrecho, The Trough and La Palma, plus two points for the Care of Children La Aparecida and La Puebla.

- Early Childhood Education Company Ltd. has been submitted to all calls, except to the contest of the Centre for Child Care of The Aljorra.

- Two calls to the CAI of the Albujón and PAI of Aparecida was the only company in attending the call and was awarded unanimously by the Board of Trade.

- As for the CAI of the valley, a total of five companies, two of them were not accepted by the Bureau of Procurement and opted for the evaluation of technical reports submitted bids for the remaining three companies.

After examining the technical reports the Bureau of Contracting intends unanimously to award the company SL Early Education Preschool

"Both the company Preschool Preeescolar SL as the other companies awarded contracts for the management of the Centres and Points of Care for Children in the city of Cartagena, comply fully with the conditions of the tender legal, economic, administrative and technical.

"The municipal government encourages those who question the legal validity of the recruitment and allocation of municipal services and works in the city of Cartagena to attend court or fail to extend shadows and doubts about public opinion on municipal management.
