The colony of Ecuadorians living in the region honored on Saturday September 11 at Ecuador's patron saint, the Virgin of Cisne, and the province of Oro, the Virgen de Chilla.
The events took place in the chapel of The Albujón, and were attended by the Councillor for Social Care, Antonio Calderon, the president of the neighborhood, Ã ngel Nieto.
In the afternoon there was a concert by the Band of Lorca, to continue with a Mass and a procession with the image of the Virgen de Chilla by several streets, until the end of the sports complex where there was a word of thanks to the authorities and entities attendees, the president of the Association of Ecuadorian Alhama de Murcia, Leonardo Ramírez.
The events ended with a fireworks display and folk dancing enlivened by a mobile disco.
