Cartagena Foundation for Teaching Language and Culture Spanish for the first time in Europe, offers a combined tango Spanish classes for non-Spanish speaking foreigners, tango classes and milongas outdoors.
The conference, which was presented this morning by President and CEO of the Foundation, and Isabel Montero Rosario Belmonte, will be held from 4 to 11 September in various venues in the port city such as the Palacio Molina, Casino de Cartagena and Real Club de Regatas.
The activities offered are Spanish classes in the morning at the premises of the Palace Molina, with three different levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Tango classes in the evenings in the Casino de Cartagena, on two different levels: beginners and leading tango dancing less than 2 years or those who still have trouble keeping its axis and intermediate level for experienced tango dancers from regularly for over two years.
And finally, milongas 4, 5, 8 and 10 September at the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena.
The milongas will be held outdoors.
Students have the opportunity to dance in the central squares of Cartagena.
Tango classes will be given by the excellent teachers Felipe Martinez and Adriana Dure.
Also at the conference will be the winners of the National Tango Championships held in Madrid in July, Toni López and Francisco Marín, Cartagena natural.
Roswitha Leiherr Artistic Director, is a dancer of tango since 1999.
Organising events in Germany and Llanes tango six years.
The milongas are open to anyone willing to participate as well as introductory course to tango.
