Civil Guard officers have developed an investigation that has culminated in the arrest of two persons for allegedly simulating a robbery with violence and intimidation in a house in Cabo de Palos to defraud the insurance company.
On August 17 Civil Guard officers were informed by reports that a woman entered his holiday home had surprised two people who were committing a robbery, the suspects hid their faces with masks and weapons intimidated victim to finally remove a lot of effects such as appliances and jewelry, causing a big mess in the house.
Civil Guard began the research process in order to verify the accuracy of the crime denounced the conduct of a thorough technical inspection eye to gather all possible evidence about the incident and, if the detention of those suspected of theft and recovery of stolen effects.
Of the conclusions reached in the research process has been determined that the victim allegedly staged the robbery with the help of another person who broke the window glass from the floor, in order to claim the insurance company of property effects stolen contained in the complaint, so that agents acting, came during the arrest of two and later brought to justice.
This research has proceeded to the arrest of two people.
