The City of Cartagena again act with total disregard for their fellow citizens by allowing the site of "LVEF" present deplorable health conditions for the proliferation of rats and mosquitoes.
Since 2002 there have been several complaints from neighbors taking registration at City Hall the last of them, addressed to the Councillor for Sustainable Development, on February 23 last year.
After appearing in the Department of Environmental Discipline to show that the site was still under the same conditions, to this day are still not clear where all kinds of animals to proliferate, with the consequent danger to the residents of the area if by a fire accident occurred.
These reports are not capricious because the health of people do not play and because it is unacceptable that no order to the owners of those lands that meet their inescapable duty to keep clean the space, which could cause a serious danger to be about two service stations.
UPyD-Cartagena regretted the inaction of the Department of Health in order to pass the pertinent measures to force landlords to act according to the ordinances or the City Council carry out cleaning and proper treatment to prevent insects and rats roam freely in the vicinity, and send the bill to `` Whom It May Concern,''and required to take urgent measures to safeguard the interests and health of all residents of the Private Santiago, and who fear that a fire casualty could be a real danger to the area.
