The City of Cartagena has brought to public tender to grant state-owned land in the public domain constituted by the basement of the Avenida de America to the commissioning of an underground parking as well as the approval of the specifications and Economic-Administrative Law and the Technical Specification will be the basis of the concession.
This documentation will be exposed to the public for a period of 26 days from today, after the announcement was published on Tuesday 10 August in the BORM and may be reviewed at the City Council Heritage Unit.
The same term shall apply to the submission of bids in that unit, as well as complaints.
The contract includes the preparation of projects, construction and operation of a parking lot on Avenue of the Americas, with the government concession in the public domain by non-renewable term of 70 years and a fee of 700 euros per parking space.
The park will have capacity for 350 beds and be built on one floor, responding to the demands of the residents of 900 homes in the area, which have no place to park, which will rent the cars.
Moreover, this performance will be accompanied by the remodeling of the avenue.
