Cartagena Local Police will be doing between 5 and 11 August 1921 breath new preventive controls in other points of the main roads of the city, continuing with the campaign launched in the summer to verify that drivers moving under the influence of alcohol, at a rate higher than allowed.
These controls will be developed in shifts morning, afternoon and night, and the specific ways in which they are to be mounted controls over these days are as follows:

The summer campaign of breath tests carried out by the local police will check about 1,000 checks during the months of July August, to be implemented in both urban neighborhoods and areas such as beaches, where there are more circulation vehicles.
