The construction of the new Vista Alegre Infant School have started foundation work of building that will house four units and will have capacity for 60 children, replacing the old nursery, which in turn will be demolished.
The project, by Urdemasa, and the amount of award amounts to 585,564 euros, has a lead time of six months.
What is going to build is a rectangular block with four classrooms, each with own bathroom, a shared storage every two classrooms, teachers toilet, shower room with disabled access, shower and toilet male staff and a separate store, plus a staff room, a multipurpose room with own bathroom, kitchen and pantry, all set over one floor.
Both access, and common areas are designed in such a way that is accessible to disabled and it is noteworthy that the module meets the requirements of habitability, sanitation, energy saving and functionality required for the use to which it will give essentially educational and teaching.
