Area Agency Guidance for Local Development and Employment (ALDE) of the City of Cartagena organizes the fifth programming and second of 2010 Classroom Set program, consisting of 19 workshops kicking off on September 8 with the course of Shaper of trainers and end December 17 with Taichi.
One of the most important developments for this call is the increase in 10-hour basic course in Occupational Health and Safety, thus conforming to the regulations on occupational risks.
Another novelty is the inclusion of new courses and workshops such as:
Negotiation skills for career success.
Management and leadership skills in the company.
Improving the working environment.
Understand better to live better: the person's psychological functioning
And one especially for unemployed people as positive coping unemployment.
In addition the Technical University of Cartagena has approved elective credits the following courses:
Basic Occupational Health and Safety (60 hours)
The personnel selection tests: Psychometric and Interviews (10 hours)
Negotiation skills for professional success ‰ Ã (10 hours)
All these workshops are intended both for unemployed persons to active workers or students interested in the subject of the courses.
The registration period will open in general the 1st of September except for Trainer of Trainers course in which he advanced to August 23.
