This morning the Diocese of Cartagena has announced the approval "Ad experimentum" for two years, the Regulations of the California Guild of Cartagena.
As stated in the decree, the Brotherhood will be addressed, "a transitional basis, for a period of two years" by a Management Board, which "should report back to the beginning of each quarter to the Diocesan Delegation Fraternities and Brotherhoods." The Board Manager, verify and compare with this delegation the Statute, so that you can make a "tailor made" for the Brotherhood California.

The new Statutes respond to compliance with the charge that California received the Brotherhood, as of December 2008 had expired deadlines, both for the directors of the California Guild for the Regulations of the same.

57 years old, a native of Cartagena, where he currently resides, is married to María Luisa Juan Grimal, has two children.
He graduated in law, deputy chief military comptroller of the Navy Headquarters in Madrid and Colonel Military Auditor.
"De la Cerra is the oldest names of the Brotherhood California that he also belongs.
For thirty years is the brother of Charity Hospital of Cartagena, where he has held, among other charges, the treasurer.
