Cartagena Local Police will continue with preventive controls alcohol on major thoroughfares of the city between 22 and 28 July 1921 aimed at further checks to verify that drivers are moving under the influence of alcohol a higher rate than allowed.
These actions are conducted in shifts morning, afternoon and night, and the specific ways in which the controls are mounted along these days are as follows:

These police checks of alcohol are part of a summer campaign in which they will verify some 1,000 checks during the months of July August.
The checks were made both in the urban areas and in neighborhoods and beaches, where there are more vehicle traffic.
