The Colombian Pilar Quintana, VIII Award winner La Mar de Letras, with his novel rare dust collector, will present his work on Wednesday 21 July at 12.30 hours on the terrace of Club de Regatas the port of Cartagena, where he will meeting with the media.

The winning novel is set in Cali and touches on topics such as relationships, family and love, with a class society background and drug trafficking.
