Coinciding with the feast of the Virgen del Carmen, the councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, and the larger pattern of the Fishermen's Association of Cartagena, Antonio Hernandez, have been delivered today at the headquarters of the latter in Santa Lucia batch fish welfare centers in the municipality, an initiative that has become a tradition.
Around about 50 kilos of fish, including salmon, hake and sardines, among which were also cast boxes of shrimp and clams are distributed among those most in need in the municipality, which is even more significant in the time crisis they face.
The centers that have received these batches, whose representatives were at the Fishermen's Association, is the Casa Cuna, Good Samaritan, Charity Hospital, Nursing Home, Hospital de Santa Teresa, Torre Nazareth Cistercian Sisters and Bethany Home.
