Local Police Cartagena held between 15 and 21 July 1921 alcohol preventive controls in other points of the main roads of the city.
The purpose of these inspections is to verify that drivers are moving under the influence of alcohol, at a rate higher than allowed.
The checks will be conducted in shifts morning, afternoon and night, and the specific ways in which the controls are mounted along these days are as follows:

These controls are part of a summer campaign in which they will verify some 1,000 checks during the months of July August.
The checks were made both in the urban areas and in neighborhoods and beaches, where there are more vehicle traffic.
