Cartagena Local Police has prepared a special device to celebrate the final World Cup between Spain and the Netherlands, and the possibility that the combined national Alze the title.

As explained by the Director General of Security, Carlos Nieto, the venue for the celebration is the Plaza of Spain, as happened spontaneously on Wednesday after the victory against Germany.

During the celebration will cut the number of vehicular access to the square ring, to allow fans to focus and express their joy in the area.
