The Plaza San Francisco will be the stage on which will begin on Friday, April 27 at 8:30 pm, the activities of the International Day of Dance in Cartagena with a flashmob.

It is also invited to participate in the two parades, with music and free dancing, which will depart at 20:15 hours from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Plaza de Icue, heading to Plaza San Francisco.
For the third consecutive year the Department of Culture of the City offers a large program of activities for 27, 28 and 29 April and May 11, to commemorate the International Day of Dance, with the collaboration of schools, academies and dance professionals from the city, under the coordination of Margarita Amante, director of the Dance and Movement Studio that bears her own name.
It is worth remembering that in 1982 the Dance Committee of the International Institute of Theater of Unesco established on April 29 as International Dance Day.
The complete program will have the participation of more than 600 dance students and 47 professionals, who will dance more than 80 dances of all modalities: Latin, flamenco, classical, contemporary and oriental dance, among others, all of them collected in the program presented days ago by the councilman of the area of ​​Culture, David Martínez.
