The Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE) has presented its offer of public employment this morning at the Table of Negotiation, with which it aims to reduce the high temporality of the ADLE and offer its staff the stability they deserve after so many years of job.
A total of 11 vacancies have been published, of which 2 are from A2 Local Development Technicians, 1 from A2 Training Technician, 6 Technical Assistants from Guidance and Insertion C1 and 2 from Administrative Assistants C2.
This proposal responds to one of the main commitments that the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, assumed when she assumed the presidency of the ADLE.
"In the Agency of Local Development and Employment there is a high number of temporary contracts, some of them prior to the year 2000 and others had been linking contracts for work and service for many years.
This government team has been taking the necessary steps to be able to make this proposal today and make it feasible, "said Castejón.
In this sense, the first thing that was done from the Town Hall was to address the situation of each of the temporary workers, with the exception of the three interim people, and send it to the Legal Department.
"The report that gave us back the Legal Department came to corroborate the existence of the fraud of Law in 11 of the contracts, some of them for the excessive duration of the work and service and the rest for the concatenation of the same", pointed out the mayoress.
After this first consultation, we proceeded to the conversion by decree of these workers in undefined non-fixed.
