Hundreds of participants and curious have gathered, throughout this morning, in the esplanade of the Heroes of Cavite, where they have begun to distribute the numbers and clothes to participate in IX edition of the Route of the Fortresses, in which 3,800 runners and marchers will participate.
The athletes will start at 8:05 am on Saturday, April 14, to travel the 53 kilometers of the race with a positive difference of 2,100 meters.
The tour will depart from Plaza Heroes de Cavite and will travel in this order: the Sierra Gorda, El Calvario, San Julián, Galeras and finally the Atalaya.
The collection of numbers is available on Friday April 15 from 11.00 and will be distributed uninterrupted until 9.00 pm on the esplanade of the port of Cartagena, in front of Heroes de Cavite square.
The organization has established a series of rows, according to the number of dorsal of each participant, so that the dorsal collection is easier and faster.
A sworn statement must also be completed and signed, which can be downloaded in an affidavit.
In addition, the regional television network La7 has made a special program of the Route of the Fortresses from the esplanade of the port, which has passed the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón.
On the other hand, the organization has announced the schedule of the awards in their different tests.
