The municipal contracting table, assembled this morning, under the presidency of the councilor of the area, Carmen Martín del Amor, has proposed the award of the material damage insurance of the City of Cartagena to Segurcaixa for 95 thousand euros, after dismissing the allegations presented by AXA, which had formulated the most economical offer, although not the most advantageous according to the municipal technical reports.
The contracting table has also proposed the award to Elecfest of the installation and legalization contract for temporary assemblies for various parties and events in the municipality.
Two companies had attended the contract.
The one of Elecfest has been the best valued with a discount of a 7 percent on the type of tender that was of 84,700 Euros.
The board has also proposed the award to the company Jumabeda of the conditioning and cleaning of municipal plots of the municipal district during the year 2018. It is a contract to have means complementary to those of the City.
Its offer has been the best valued by the municipal technicians that reduces by 25 percent the type of tender that was 50 thousand euros.
Regarding the contract for the supply of low voltage electricity, the board has opened the administrative documentation and the economic offer of the three supplying companies that have attended.
Said documentation should now be informed by the municipal technical services.
This contract covering the municipal electricity supply for the next two years has a budget of 9,517,739 euros.
Another file dealt with by the contracting table has been the contract for the crane service, integral management of the municipal vehicle depot, as well as the installation and removal of various temporary and portable traffic signaling material on public roads.
The panel has studied the technical report on the allegations of TRANSPORTES URBANOS DE CARTAGENA, SA and on the feasibility of the offer submitted by PARKING AND SERVICES, SA (EYSA) and has agreed to require the municipal technician to make a feasibility report equally of the rest of the four offers made.
This contract has a budget of 2.8 million euros and covers four years.
The economic offers of the archaeological maintenance service and preventive restoration of archaeological sites of Cartagena have also been opened, with the participation of six companies, which opt for the award of this service with a bidding rate of 312,156 euros and an execution period of 4 years.
Finally, the five technical proposals for the contract of the surveillance and rescue service on beaches have been submitted to the municipal technical services report, after the table accepted the documentation presented by one of them as a temporary joint venture. remember this contract has a bidding rate of 1,785,230 euros with a deadline of two years.
