Cartagena commemorates the Day of Europe, which is celebrated on May 9, with a month full of activities scheduled in the first edition of the MESdeEUROPAjuventudCARTAGENA.
The programming is designed to encourage social commitment and solidarity of the youngest.

During this month, from April 9 to May 9, the Mobility Space of the Youth Council will carry out various activities aimed at bringing the European theme to the youth of Cartagena, with the aim of promoting social commitment and solidarity of the young people, through the dissemination of the Eramus + program, as well as the newly created European Solidarity Corps, to encourage young people to join him and thus opt to participate in volunteer projects of an international nature.

On the other hand, the European volunteer, Jakob Müller, has emphasized the importance of these planned activities for the dissemination of European culture among young people of Cartagena and has outlined the International Storytelling and The Special Month of the entire program.
