84 firefighters and 14 corporals of the Fire and Rescue Extinction Service (SEIS) of the City of Cartagena have taken possession of their new positions with which they rise in level, going from C2 to C1, once they have passed the selective tests of internal promotion held last January.
In this act, which was chaired by the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, along with the councilor for Sustainable Development and Public Function, Francisco Aznar, three computer programmers have also taken possession, two first by internal promotion and one second by provision of plaza through opposition, which will go on to provide their services in the Data Processing Center of the City Council.
This action, highlighted the mayor, "is the response of the municipal government to a historic claim of the Fire Department, which comes from the previous term."
In this way, a further step is taken in the consolidation of municipal personnel.
