The mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, held on Wednesday afternoon, April 4, a meeting with the dean of the Bar Association, Antonio José Navarro Selfa, the dean of the Colegio Procuradores, Milagrosa González Conesa, and the delegate Association of Social Graduates of Cartagena, José Moreno, a meeting with a prominent theme in the "order of the day", the urgency of launching the City of Justice.
As explained by Castejón, we have all agreed on the need for Cartagena to have this infrastructure, given the strangulation in which the courts are currently located, which is preventing a basic service in matters of justice for citizens from problems of space, and this is very serious.
The first mayor stressed that this urgency, the availability of a City of Justice, happens to be clear a location and, in this sense, has made clear its commitment to convene shortly the Bureau for the City of Justice in which are all political groups as well as representatives of those entities that have something to say or contribute, including the Federation of Neighborhood Associations and those that are part of the social fabric of the city, so that we all reach consensus and tell the government of the nation, loud and clear, that Cartagena needs these facilities as soon as possible.
