The students of the course 'A walk through the History of Cartagena;
their traditions and their customs', organized by the Unit for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities, of the Department of Social Services, held last Thursday, March 22, a cultural visit.
The students made the cultural visit to the California brotherhood, where Pedro Pena, the butler of this brotherhood, made a tour of the history of this brotherhood, and also, by the images of the most representative sculptural groups.
This course has great acceptance with the participation of 40 elderly people.
The training is offered from October to June and it offers lectures related to the history and cultural heritage of the city of Cartagena, as well as visits related to culture and art, such as this Holy Week.
