The Sports Club Alumbres Sport has organized the I Mountain Trail Alumbres with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena, the Federation of Mountaineering of the Region of Murcia and the General Directorate of Sports of CARM, to be held on Sunday March 25 from 9:00 in Cartagena.
The details were given by the Councilor for Sports, Obdulia Gómez, accompanied by the General Director of Sports, Alonso Gómez;
and the president of the Sports Club Alumbres Sport, Francisco Madrid.
The start and finish line will be located at the Polideportivo de Alumbres and the distance of the course will be 18km with a positive slope of 700 meters, while the maximum time of the test will be 3 hours.
The route will pass through an area of ​​land and mountain with a length of 18 km.
with an accumulation of difference of +700, having a medium-low technical difficulty, so it is designed for all audiences and especially for those who are preparing the Route of the Fortresses.
The test is aimed at people over 18 years old, for the Senior categories, veterans A, veterans B and veterans C, both for women and men and the inscriptions can be made through the web www.lineadesalida.net, until Friday 16 from March to 24: 00h.
The registration fee is € 15, the test is limited to a maximum participation of 500 runners and the minimum age of participation is from the year 2000. The purpose of this test, besides promoting sports at the popular level, is the to promote the landscape charms of the municipality.
