The municipal group can not explain how it still does not have access to all the documentation on the technical study commissioned by the City Council in relation to the drinking water contract, and not to the partial reports, but to the final conclusions of the UTE, which has the press since the beginning of February, but that the interested municipal groups can not get.
CTSSP denounces that it has requested all this documentation to the Government for a long time but that this one continues without facilitating it, and that not happy with it, they present a summary of the conclusions, projected on the wall, without contributing anything in writing, and only assembling all a staging aimed at washing the face of HIDROGEA.
Waiting for a definitive assessment when we access the documentation, CTSSP communicates its provisional conclusions, obtained after hearing the exhibition:
We have detected numerous irregularities on which it is convenient to deepen, precisely because they have not been published in the press, they were ignored by the Government, and they are extracted from the same conclusions presented by the UTE:
Staff irregularities, which would be informed in preliminary studies of the UTE and then magically corrected through HIDROGEA subcontracts.
An insufficient and partial analysis of the cost of maintenance, since only the meters have taken and this sampling does not reflect the total costs, making it not very rigorous.
The UTE recognizes lack of information to assess the following aspects that, as we all know, have suffered from lack of control of the City Council: subcontracting (avoiding excessive deviations), investments, compliance by the company with the regulations (environmental, labor, industrial safety, etc.), calculation of the performance of the supply network, maintenance of pumping and purification facilities, etc.
CTSSP considers that it is a partial and biased report, delivered late, leaked to the press in an unfair manner by government sources, with a lack of information recognized by the UTE itself, which has not been able to access more documentation than its own City Council has facilitated, and that even so, and with all the limitations outlined, and trying to be a face-to-face to the company, it has the opposite effect: numerous irregularities have been detected such as those already mentioned, to which it is necessary to add lack of transparency for the non-publication of the rates, unverified collection lists, absolute lack of control over the works executed and a long etcetera, to which surely must be added the investigations that the judge from Lugo is carrying out in the POKEMON case.
