Firefighters of the Fire and Rescue Extinction Service of the City of Cartagena (SEIS) stifled this afternoon the fire registered a house on Habaneras Street in the neighborhood of Peral and in which a woman with burns was injured and another old woman with an attack anxiety.
The warning was given by the Emergency Coordination Center about 12.43 hours.
Firefighters, a Local Police patrol and another from National and a Mobile Emergency Unit of Sanitary Emergencies of 061 with medical equipment moved to the place.
The fire originated in the ground floor of the house, when the extractor bell burned while cooking.
The health workers treated two women: an elderly woman of 90 years with an anxiety attack and a woman of 66 who suffered burns and was transferred to the hospital in Santa Lucia.
