The Office of Congresses of Cartagena, together with the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia and the auditorium and congress palace El Batel, participates in the Meetings and Incentive Summit, organized by Grupo Eventoplus.

This event is celebrated in the Wanda Metropolitano de Madrid throughout the day today, Wednesday March 21.

It is an event to raise awareness of the latest trends in the congress sector and with very good results in terms of organizing future events.

In this event the creators of incentives and events, as well as important companies, can meet the best suppliers in the sector with the presence of more than one hundred exhibitors.

The Meeting Incentive Summit is an intense day of work in which there is a professional audience formed by a total of 200 buyers of events, around 54% of event agencies, 18% of corporate clients, 13% of organizers congress professionals, 10% of Destination Management Companies and a 5% associative client, both from the national and international market with the Spanish congress offer, among which is the El Batel Auditorium and the Congress Office of the city of Cartagena.

Throughout the day there are opportunities to interact and establish business contacts that allow each entity to contact and make themselves known to a large number of agencies in the sector, in a single day.

During the day the Cartagena Congress Office will keep fourteen meetings set on the agenda, five with international companies and eight national, specialized in DMC, Events organization, Incentives and Corporate Travel.

In addition, this meeting will establish other contacts, outside the agenda with important companies in the sector, through networking activities, presentations and conferences where the latest trends in MICE tourism are presented.

For its part, El Batel Auditorium has also developed an intense program of meetings and appointments with a high number of companies, with the aim of positioning Cartagena as a city to hold its corporate events and El Batel as an adequate space for this, with perceptive and very positive business opportunities.
