On the occasion of the announcement made by the PP of Cartagena to present at the next ordinary plenary a motion to urge the PSOE Government to convene a working table to negotiate the municipal budget of 2018, the spokesman for Citizens in Cartagena, Manuel Padin, he reported that his group "looks with good eyes on this proposal, so much so, that we want to extend it to the rest of the opposition political formations and propose that it be presented jointly between PP, CTSSP-Podemos, MC, and Ciudadanos" .

In the opinion of the orange spokesman, "after the intransigent and undemocratic drift of the PSOE, the Municipal Citizens Group considers that the opposition forces should be granted a 'political truce' to try to take out the municipal budgets in a consensual manner, some accounts that represent us all, and not just a socialist minority (which only represents 17% of the electorate) installed alone in power thanks to a carom, and that does not represent the majority feeling of Cartagena.

The suspicion of Citizens
