The councilman of Culture and Heritage, David Martinez, visited today Friday the locations where the projects of the cultural festival Veinticuatro organized by the Higher Technical School of Architecture and Building (ETSAE) of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena in collaboration with the Department of Culture.
The theme of this event this year is the relationship of architecture and building with other fields of arts and culture, and seeks to promote the interest of students of the School for other disciplines through different workshops and activities of cultural creation.
The urban intervention workshop consisted in the painting of the closing walls and on the steps of the stairs of Tahona and San Esteban streets, cross streets perpendicular to San Fernando street.
Councilman David Martinez, has praised this initiative that will contribute both to restore and reactivate this area, and thanked the work of the student volunteers in this project.
