The Governing Council, on the proposal of the Ministry of Employment, Universities and Business, has authorized the secondment of the ENAE-Tech private center to the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).
This center was created as a company with its own legal personality within the University-Business Foundation of the Region of Murcia.
This culminates the process of secondment of the two parts of the Foundation in public universities in the Region of Murcia.
First was the secondment of the Business School and Business Administration and Management (ENAE) to the UMU, in order to develop official master's degrees in very specific areas and demanded by companies, which complement the training itineraries in the field of business training at the University of Murcia.
Now, the collaboration with the UPCT materializes with the creation of a new private center, a company, which will develop complementary titles, also highly specialized, to the UPCT's training offer in the area of economics and business.
In particular, titles are going to be put in place that allow specific training for business management and that allow transversal skills to be achieved for graduates in the different engineering courses offered by the UPCT.
The first degree to be implemented, once it is verified by the Council of Universities and authorized by the Autonomous Community, is a master's degree in Agribusiness Management, which will unite in its teachings the training for the management and direction of these companies. a strategic productive sector of the Region and the technical and practical lessons of agronomic engineering, in which the UPCT has the School of Agronomic Engineering.
ENAE-Tech, like ENAE, is located in the university campus of Espinardo and has modern and equipped facilities in a building of four floors plus 2,200 square meters distributed in ten classrooms with capacity for 18 to 45 students, three classrooms of work, a computer room equipped with 31 state-of-the-art equipment, Wi-Fi connection and a documentation and library room, as well as other common services such as assembly hall, work rooms, reprography services and platforms to support teaching.
