Fighters of the Fire and Rescue Extinction Service of the City of Cartagena attended last night the warning of a fire on Tuesday, March 13 at 21:20 hours, in the kitchen of a bar in Calle Licenciado Cascales.
Firefighters from Cartagena moved to the site, who, upon arrival, found that the workers of the establishment had put out the fire, with the help of a fireproof blanket.
Apparently, the fire originated in a kitchen fryer.
Due to the high temperatures the firemen remained in the place of the facts, like measurement of prevention, to avoid possible reignitions.
The firefighters also applied cold oil to lower the temperature and went to ventilate the premises.
The Local Police of Cartagena collaborated in the fire.
