The Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) organizes its IV International Congress of Trail Running and Adventure Raids 'Ruta de las Fortalezas' between April 12 and 13 in the auditorium of the Campus of Cartagena of the UCAM.
This cycle of conferences is organized by the Faculty of Sports and the Campus of Cartagena, as well as the General Albacete Fuster Marine Infantry and the Cartagena City Council.
These days will bring together athletes, educators and scientists from the world of sports and health.
The assistants will be able to continue expanding their knowledge on the sport and the Route of the Strengths.
Councilor for Sports, Obdulia Gómez, presented on Tuesday, March 13, the congress together with the commander José Lorenzo-Penalva, and the academic director of the Campus of UCAM Cartagena, Juan Alfonso García.
Among the numerous talks, round tables and workshops will be present some of the most important figures of the world of sport as the Trail Running 2017 world champion, Luis Alberto Hernando, who will participate in the round table on Thursday 12 and will give a lecture on his career in the world of sports.
In addition, the 'influencer' and director of the magazine 'Trail', José Antonio de Pablo Mozo 'Depa Runner', will also be present at the round table with Luis Alberto Hernando and will present a workshop on Evolution and revolution of the trail in the RRSS .
The talks will take place from April 12 at 9:00 am until 7:30 pm and April 13 until 1:00 pm.
Registration to participate in the congress can be done through the UCAM website.
The first deadline to register ends on March 23 and prices range between 30 and 40 euros, while the second term opens on March 24 and prices range between 35 and 45 euros.
