This morning, the councilor of the MC Cartagena municipal group, Ricardo Segado, has demanded speedy socialist government to make real the construction of the artificial turf soccer field of La Palma, a historic vindication of the neighbors of the deputation, channeled through Participatory Budgeting, initiative implemented by the Cartagena training during the current term.

The land is located in the Industrial Park of La Palma, being the private use for sports equipment, while that of the City is aimed at industrial use.
The councilor and head of Sports of MC Cartagena, Ricardo Segado, recalled that "La Palma did not have a football field 11 where young people from the council and the entire area could enjoy practicing the sport they like the most".
In this regard, the mayor has assured that "thanks to the agreement sponsored by Mayor José López and achieved with the company that owns the land annexed to the current football ground 8, materialized with the exchange of the same by another municipal, the project will be approved in Government Board of May 5, 2017. "
Also, Segado stressed that this management, which was an old and just vindication of the residents of La Palma, "has made it possible for them to choose and promote the project, which will allow them to have an artificial turf pitch. football 11 of first quality and ready to enjoy by the club of the deputation ".
Finally, the councilor of the Cartagena training has expressed his desire that "be carried out as soon as possible, it is competence and responsibility of those who aspire to attribute the work done by MC and have to make it a reality as a first step for their interest in this issue".
The mayor has wished that, imminently, the residents of La Palma have the sports facility claimed for 20 years.
In this way, the residents of this significant rural enclave will be able to enjoy an installation of identical benefits to others projected by MC, such as La Aljorra and El Albujón.
Only another new example of institutional clumsiness on the part of the Socialist Mayor's Office can prevent the materialization of a project that only requires continuity to what was set by MC during his Government responsibilities.
