The jury of the XVII Poetry Contest Center for Women of the Mediterranean Urbanization announced the name of the winners this Saturday, March 10.
The jury was composed of Yaninne Alcaraz, Leticia Jimenez, and the Councilor for Culture, David Martínez.
The first classified was María Antonia Ruiz, with her poetry, Final Letter, for which she won 400 euros plus trophy and the second, Laura Cabedo, got 150 euros plus trophy.
The contest is organized by the Center for Women of the Mediterranean Urbanization.
To the headquarters of the Women's Center of the Mediterranean Urbanization, (Diamante Street 8, under commercial), the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón and the councilor of the Sustainable Development area, Francico Aznar, both attended the event at the that the winners were announced.

The jury of the XI Painting Contest, Ángel Flores, composed by Alfonso García, English Jusus, Ángel Macía, and Francisco Clavo, also announced its ruling this March 10.
