This morning, the Municipal Group MC Cartagena has moved to the esplanade attached to the Cénit Shopping Center, which hosts the weekly market, to distribute to the neighbors the explanatory document that reveals the works and projects promoted by MC during the first thirty months of the legislature. , coinciding with the breach of the government pact by the PSOE of Cartagena.

Throughout the morning the effective management led by José López from the Mayor's Office was demonstrated, which, beyond the daily and countless actions, has led to the promotion of more than one hundred projects of great significance that have impacted, for the first time once in decades, throughout the municipality.
The results obtained by the Cartagena training have been compatible with a notable grant of participation to the neighbors;
respect for public employees;
a remarkable improvement of the economic reality of the municipality;
sustainable growth and respect for the environment;
the projection of a more accessible and inclusive municipality, in addition to recovering the confidence of the citizens in its leaders with an open spirit and consensus.
Thus, the neighbors have been able to see works of notable repercussion as the replacement of asphalt in several streets of the municipal area;
the conditioning of sidewalks in pedestrian crossings in neighborhoods and county councils;
the conditioning of green areas;
the performance performed at the Atalaya Castle;
the urban regeneration in the environment of Licenciado Cascales and the section of Jabonerías;
the replacement of public lighting;
the conditioning of Trovero Marín;
the bike lane and pedestrian access that connects the Residencial Santa Ana with Santa Ana Pueblo;
the first canine park of the municipality (Parque de la Rosa);
the improvement of the firm of Paseo Alfonso XIII;
or the construction of artificial turf soccer fields in José María de Lapuerta and the Barriada Virgen de la Caridad.
The document also includes the numerous works awarded and in execution, sponsored by MC during their stay in the Government and which are not a reality, as of today, due to the inability of the Socialist City Hall to provide the Municipality with Budget. the enhancement of the Monte Sacro;
the repairs of the University District;
the construction of the El Albujón and La Aljorra soccer field;
the roundabout of Paseo Alfonso XIII;

In this case, the adaptation of the Greenway is found;
the reform of the Plaza de Alicante and the firm and median in the Paseo Alfonso XIII (section from Plaza Alicante to Plaza Arma Submarina);
the repaving of the pavement and parking in the Alameda de San Antón;
the reform of Gisbert Street and Graduadas;
the reform of the roof of the pool of La Aljorra, or the urbanization of the land for the school of La Aljorra.
