The Josefina Soria Library of the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center will be the stage next Wednesday, March 7, at 8 pm of the presentation of the Transition Network Association - RedT, a non-profit organization whose project is aimed at supporting local initiatives , connecting them to each other and to the International Transition Network.
The presentation of this association is part of the activities of the Cartagena Think and will give way to it the specialist in renewable energy Adela Ramos.
The Transition is the process of change necessary to regenerate the social, economic and environmental fabric and thus allow communities and societies to flourish in the face of the challenges of climate change.
But, how can the Transition in the Spanish State be made visible and dynamic?
The Transition Network Association - RedT carries out this work every day and will reveal the answer, as well as presenting the association, in 'Cartagena Piensa'.
Salvador Garrido and Ana Huertas will be in charge of presenting the association in which both actively participate.
Salvador, a training lawyer, is especially involved through the 'Jaén en Transición' initiatives and is currently collaborating in a cooperative project with an interdisciplinary team supported by the Smartlb business boost cooperative.
For her part, Ana Huertas, specialist in international cooperation and sustainable development, is the coordinator of the Transition Network and currently responsible for the international project 'Municipalities in Transition'.
Vice-president of the European meta-network Ecolise and trainer for ecosocial change also collaborates in the Economy of the Common Good movement, as does Salvador.
