The Local Police of Cartagena proceeded in the early morning of last Tuesday to the arrest of an individual who was inside the Neighborhood Association of Ciudad Jardín, apparently, with the intention of committing a robbery.

The events occurred at 4.55 hours at the association's premises, where the agents assigned to the Citizen Security section came after receiving a notice from 112.

Once there, and before the police presence, the individual, of 43 years of age, left running, being finally stopped by the agents, who instructed the pertinent diligences.
