CTSSP has insisted again on the joint proposal (with ANSE) that will launch the socialist government to seek alternatives to the construction of a mega-development in Playa Paraíso2E The municipal group has denied the Mayor, who has rushed to say he can not prevaricate , when what CTSSP, ANSE and, above all, common sense are asking for, is not that the legality is ignored or that it has withdrawn urban planning permits already granted, but that it should negotiate with the promoter of the project in view of a possible swap, common agreement, of the lands of Playa Paraíso for land in urbanizable public land in the urban area of Cartagena.
The purple formation has affirmed that it is proven that "when you want, you can", that with the negotiation around the San Antón Prison the same challenge is raised about the swap, that there are land available on public land sufficient to achieve it and what it is about is having a true political will to defend the environment.
The municipal group regretted that the PSOE does not have the same will that has been had to bypass the current General Plan ad hoc and establish transitory rules that do not benefit the whole of the citizenship.
