On the occasion of another court ruling against the City Council for the unfair and illegal expropriations committed by Casco Antiguo SA, CTSSP has again criticized the urban policy of the successive governments of the municipality: from the PP, to the socialist government in a minority, without forgetting the Coalition government between PSOE and MC.
All of them, according to the purple formation, have made speculation and the real estate business of a few entrepreneurs prevail against the general interest.
CTSSP has accused of shameful and outrageous that the judicial sentences confirm again what all Cartagena knows: that by expropriations and unfair appraisals was the municipal administration itself that acted against its neighbors and citizens.
For her part, Pilar Marcos said: "It is injustices that give rise to sentences.
And the sentences are paid in the form of compensation.
The logical thing in this series of consequences is that they assume responsibility for the decisions taken.
It can not be that the neighbors pay millions but that those responsible go unpunished.
That is why we reiterate our request for the removal of the person responsible for Town Planning and Manager of Casco Antiguo with the PP, General Director of Urban Planning during this term and who, paradoxically, currently holds the position of Representative with the responsibility of "liquidating" the Society, a task that we are confident in CTSSP that Moncada will execute optimally, since liquidating the company is what it has been doing for several years. "
Finally, the municipal group announced that it will take a series of questions to the next plenary to find out how much the City Council has lost in court rulings, how much is expected to be lost in the future and when the proceedings will begin to make effective the dissolution of Casco Antiguo , a dissolution that, unlike the rest of the groups, was demanded from the beginning by CTSSP.
