The Councilor for Citizen Security, Francisco Aznar, has returned, along with the head of the Local Police of Cartagena, Eusebio Serna, the flute that the police requisitioned Roberto Pelegrin (better known by the Cartagena as 'Tico') on 2 February.
In response to a motion presented at the last plenary session held on February 26, the Local Police has made delivery of his flute to this street musician.
"We have also come to give the authorization to Roberto to indicate the schedule in which he can use the flute, from ten to two and from five to eight in the afternoon."
The flute was requisitioned by police officers due to complaints filed by neighbors for playing outside the hours allowed by law.
Francisco Aznar, in addition, has assured that "the police complied with their obligation" and has informed that, in the coming days, the Social Services will meet with Roberto Pelegrín to provide him with all the help he needs.
