The Local Government Board, meeting this morning, with extraordinary character under the presidency of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has agreed to the inadmissibility of the appeal for reconsideration made by the councilors José López Martínez and Isabel García García, against point three of the order of the day of the Local Government Board held on November 21, 2017 by which the Technical Water Commission was approved, and against item one of the agenda of the extraordinary session of the Local Government Board held on October 29, 2017 December 2017, which initiated the procedure for the reduction of tariffs before the Regional Price Commission.

The inadmissibility has been determined in accordance with the report of the Legal Department that argued, among other issues, the lateness of the appeal, as the legal deadlines for recourse have elapsed, in the case of the agreement of the technical committee;

and because it is an act of procedure, which does not put an end to the administrative route, in the case of the descent of water, as it will be in your case the Regional Commission of Prices who must actually agree the approval or not of the new rates .
