The Secretary of Municipal Policy of the PSRM-PSOE and regional deputy, Alfonso Martínez Baños, has shown his full support to the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, after he had to suspend the plenary session of the City Council.

"José López clearly violated the regulations and had to be expelled for insulting and disqualifying the mayor, this behavior is inadmissible," he recalled.

"It's shameful, there's no right to Castejón having to endure sexist comments and disqualifications of this kind, it's not a receipt, if he does not know how to behave, he goes home, because in politics, first of all, you have to be civic" , has indicated.

According to the Socialist deputy, Ana Belén Castejón is doing an impeccable job in front of the mayor of Cartagena.

"The Cartagena and Cartagena have a great mayor, who strives every day, doing a magnificent job for the benefit of the interests of the city."
