The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón and the Councilor for Public Services, Citizen Participation and Celebrations, Juan Pedro Torralba, received on the afternoon of Monday, February 26, the Costa Rican ambassador in Spain, Doris Osterlof.
The protocol meeting was aimed at strengthening relations between the city and the Central American country.
The reception took place in the Town Hall.
After the meeting, Osterlof signed the book of honor of the City Council.
The ambassador, Doris Osterlof, has been Vice Minister of Foreign Trade in her country, and among other important positions she has been part of the General Secretariat of Iberoamerica, for Central America and Haiti.
